Andrew Duddlesten - Principal and Founder

With multiple years of experience in analytics and consulting, I bring a creative yet data driven approach to my projects and work. My career began with Caesars Entertainment focusing on hospitality and labor analytics. That role provided an opportunity to actively find new efficiencies and opportunities within a multi-billion dollar business. My work included ad hoc requests looking at restaurant operating hours and cost structures. My work in labor included efficiency comparisons between properties to identify opportunities along with hourly labor and revenue modeling to determine hourly operating income for various business units. After Caesars, I spent nearly two years with Applied Analysis doing reports, data hub development and analytics for several clients in the state of Nevada. Projects included developing sustainability reports, business plans and data portals for numerous clients.

Additional projects include international work for a multinational sleep and comfort consumer product company. My role included helping to understand the data and visualization needs of management in the effort to develop an analytics tool to understand the activity and business in foreign markets. Additionally I worked on a team servicing a top 10 logistics solutions company in an effort to provide a strategy recommendation on entering a new industry. Work included a full understanding of the current company and product offering as well as an external analysis of the market and competition. Following that analysis, the team provided multiple strategy recommendations and implementation suggestions.

Recently, I got my MBA from Copenhagen Business School which has provided a foundation for financial analysis, marketing, change management, leadership development and entrepreneurship among others. CBS places an emphasis on sustainability along with corporate responsibility which is an ever increasing priority for firms today. During that time, I worked on a business idea for a digital wallet. Taking that idea through an accelerator and trying to get that project realized has deepened my knowledge of not just startups but business as a whole. My undergraduate education was in economics with minors in business and political science at the University of the South.

I hope that this experience along with the ability to pursue new knowledge and understanding can be of service to businesses and individuals in numerous pursuits and industries.
