Innovation

We have a five step process towards innovation. This process starts with trying to diagnose where the innovation need is. However it’s important not to just look where the immediate need is, but to also understand how companies generate constant innovation and to bring that mindset to your organization.

Step 1: Diagnosis – Where is the immediate need for innovation? Sometimes it may be obvious, sometimes the need may lie beneath the surface. Regardless, we take the time to understand the business and the challenges its facing which leads to step 2.

Step 2: Internal Analysis – We seek not just to understand your business and how it functions, but the strengths and weaknesses. This provides the foundation for understanding where innovation can originate from and what innovations might be most likely to succeed as they must align with the core realities of the business.

Step 3: Research – After we understand the internal mechanisms of the business, we need to look at industry best practices. Where have other companies innovated? What have they brought to the market? Where did that originate from? And what lessons can be learned and applied to your business.

Step 4: Ideation – We have all the facts on the table, and with that information we seek to develop a range of possible innovations and internal strategies to create sustainable innovation for the future.

Step 5: Implement – With a range of recommendations in mind with a solid foundation of evidence, we provide the roadmap for how to make these innovations a reality in your business.
